Each product is crafted with attention to detail and based on specific customer preferences. As a result, our products and services cannot be resold or repurposed once they have been customized, making cancellations and refunds unfeasible. We appreciate your understanding of this policy, which helps us uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.

2. Why We Do Not Allow Cancellations

a. Made-to-Order Products

Our press-on nails and custom nail art products are created specifically for each customer. Once an order is placed, we begin the customization process immediately, ensuring that your order reflects your selected colors, sizes, and designs. These unique items cannot be reused or sold to other customers, which is why we cannot accept cancellations once the production process has started.

b. Scheduling of Services

For in-person services like nail art sessions and other appointments, we allocate specific time slots and resources for each client. When you book with us, we reserve this time and ensure our team is prepared to offer you the best service. Late cancellations or missed appointments cause us to lose valuable time that could have been allocated to other clients. Thus, we do not permit cancellations for booked services.

3. No Refunds Policy

Since we provide customized products and reserved services, we have a no-refund policy across all items and services purchased from SY STUDIO & ACADEMY. Here are some reasons for this policy:

a. Hygiene and Safety

Press-on nails and nail art supplies are personal items and must adhere to strict hygiene standards. Once products are dispatched, they cannot be reused for health and safety reasons, which is why we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

b. Customization and Labor Costs

Our nail art products and services require significant time, skill, and resources. Each item is crafted to meet your unique preferences, and every appointment requires dedicated attention and preparation. The costs associated with customization and preparation mean that refunds are not viable once your order or booking is confirmed.

4. Order Adjustments

We understand that you may wish to make adjustments to your order details after placing it. While cancellations and refunds are not allowed, please contact us as soon as possible if you need minor modifications (such as color changes or nail size adjustments) before your order begins production. We will do our best to accommodate these changes but cannot guarantee adjustments after production has started.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

Our team takes great care in inspecting all products before shipping. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or correction. Note that this exception applies only to cases of damage or defects and does not qualify as a cancellation or refund.
